Meghan Manning Buyer's Agent

Meghan Manning is the newest addition to the Debbie Woerner Team. A devoted mother of three busy girls, she is an involved Chatham resident, both in the Chatham schools and community alike. Now that her girls are off and running, she is excited to switch gears and make the leap into the real estate industry.

Previous to starting a family, Meghan’s career in sales started at Tiffany & Co., where she found a passion in working with customers.

“I truly enjoyed my time, in a capacity to help my clients, determine their needs and assist in a purchase of something that is beyond material, but meaningful and symbolic. In sales, you really have to understand where people are coming from, their concerns, objectives and desires. The guidance of someone who truly cares about them can make all the difference in such an important transaction.”

She brings those same skills and talents to the Woerner Team, Coldwell Banker, and to an equally broad spectrum of discriminating clients. Always with her client’s best interest at heart, she provides peace of mind to home buyers and sellers alike.
